Course Facilitator
Stephanie Fitzgerald, Educational Psychologist
Stephanie has worked for over 18 years supporting children, families and educators. During that time she's seen more and more children struggling with social, emotional and mental health challenges. For the past 5 years, Stephanie has focused on understanding the impact of trauma and attachment on brain development and how we can support children to develop resilience in the face of the challenges they meet. Tackling this issue in a practical, accessible way has been the inspiration for the creation of DESTY Island Emotional Resilience Programme.
